Excellent Thermometer for the La Pavoni – Smart and Reliable

I recently installed the new version of the grouphead thermometer on my La Pavoni, and I’m thoroughly impressed. The response time is incredibly fast – exactly what you need for precise espresso shots. The built-in shot timer is a great bonus that adds even more convenience.
